Hetero Office

From work-life balance to work-play integration, the project connects people to one anoter

The principal goal was to craft unconventional human experiences through the language of design. The IT Raidurg Hetero-masterplan attempts to achieve the same by redefining traditional multi-tenant offices. Extensive study to determine millennial workflows yielded the next generation of working spaces.

Bounded by roads on three sides, the master plan is accessible and provides convenient mobility to its campus users. The site has bicycle stands aside from four and two-wheeler parking, encouraging employees to cycle to work Break-out spaces, pergolas and gazebos abut walkways.

Site Area : 10.11 Acres
Service : Conceptual Master Planning
Location : Hyderabad, India
Client : K Raheja Group
Status : Design Ideation Completed

Three office blocks take centre stage in the built environment. Block 1 and 2 enclose a trimmed garden that tapers out on either end to landscaped areas. The third block is further north, slightly away from the two towers. Smart Systems like the Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) control environmental settings for the offices. These systems include state of the art technology that monitor and maintain lighting, thermal cooling. ventilation and security.

The campus has playing courts and swimming pools to rejuvenate the office-goers after a long day at work Green roofs, urban farms and terrace lawns create relaxation spaces on the rooftops. As per the proposal, the terraces will house cafes and eateries that deliver a world-class dining experience for the employees. With terraced gardens that use recycled greywater, green pockets and solar panels, the plan is sustainable and energy-efficient in compliance with local bye-laws and Vastu principles, the master plan showcases optimal OSR spaces and service yards with backup facilities.
