Forming an urban courtyard defined by tower organisation
This high-rise residential complex features three towers, with Towers A and C being identical. The site's slightly irregular edge has been efficiently leveraged to position the clubhouse, enhancing both its functionality and visual appeal.
A central temple further enriches the community, serving as a serene focal point. The site includes two entry points, with the IT facilities situated to the south of the site.

A peripheral driveway effectively addresses the challenge of the elevation difference between the entry points by accessing the basement from the south and then guiding traffic to the podium level.
The arrangement of the three towers creates a central courtyard effect, with Tower B designated as the premium tower, offering expansive views of the central green space. The construction employs aluminium, ensuring a contemporary and efficient building approach.
