Designed around the hills, built in harmony with nature

Nestled in the picturesque hills of Arutla, just outside Ibrahimpatnam on the Sagar Highway, this site offers breathtaking views of the Deccan Plateau and sits near landmarks like Rachakonda Fort and nearby waterfalls, blending natural beauty with cultural heritage.

The master plan embraces the site’s contours by creating scenic pathways around two high points, which serve as green spaces and anchor the community. Villas, ranging from 2500 to 3000 square yards, are thoughtfully dispersed around these high points, integrating with the landscape for privacy and views.

The plan incorporates solar panels to harness renewable energy and emphasizes local vegetation in landscaping, creating a self-sustaining environment that minimizes ecological impact.

The clubhouse, linked to a nearby waterbody via traditional stepped ghats and a serene promenade. It serves as a wellness retreat, with facilities including a yoga space, gym, and multi-purpose hall, all thoughtfully positioned to frame scenic views of the surrounding hills. These spaces not only offer functional amenities but also create immersive experiences, encouraging a deep connection with the natural landscape.
